Do we really want the incompetent radicals in Kansas City & St. Louis dictating what goes into our constitution? They have run their cities into the ground with their failed socialist policies. Vote No on Amendment 6 and protect our Constitution. youtu.be/E4xJehzbGG0?si=z6UQ…
Could Amendment 6 really turn Missouri into a blue state? YES.
Don’t Colorado our Missouri. Vote no on Amendment 6 to protect our state’s future. #NoOn6
Missouri voters were promised that legalizing marijuana would provide much-needed funding for our veterans. Now, questions remain about whether those promises have been fulfilled while marijuana companies continue to profit.
Amendment 6 raises another concern: making it more difficult for Missouri lawmakers to revisit voter-approved laws when problems arise or promises go unmet.
Missourians deserve transparency, accountability and the ability to hold powerful special interests responsible for the deals they make with our state.

Amendment 6 would require 80% of Missouri’s legislators to agree to put a ballot measure that competes with an initiative petition back before voters. Listen to @TheTomEstes explain why that margin is simply not realistic. ⬇️ #NoOn6
MO Protects agrees with the Missouri Farm Bureau: Amendment 6 is bad for Missouri!
Amendment 6 would require an 80% supermajority in both the Missouri House and Senate to amend or repeal laws passed through the citizen initiative process. That means even when a law has harmful consequences, fixing it could become nearly impossible.
Missourians elect lawmakers to represent them, respond to problems, and correct bad policy. Amendment 6 would tie their hands, making it harder to protect our state from the unintended consequences of poorly written laws and special-interest agendas.
Thank you to the Missouri Farm Bureau for standing with us in opposition to Amendment 6! Missouri deserves a government that can respond to its people, not one held hostage by bad policy.
Vote NO on Amendment 6! #NoOn6
Out-of-state money is pushing gun bans across the country, and those bans punish law-abiding Missourians who just want to protect their families and their homes.
Amendment 6 could lock those bans in. Once they're on the books, a small handful of legislators could block any fix, leaving Missouri gun owners with no way to win back their Second Amendment rights.
Protect our gun rights. Vote NO on 6 and tell billionaires to keep their paws off our laws.

Who actually pays for these "citizen-led"campaigns?
Hint: It's not actually Missourians 👀
Missourians know what's actually best for our state, not phony, out-of-state billionaires. Vote NO on Amendment 6. #NoOn6
Billionaires want to build massive data centers in our backyards, leaving Missouri communities with the noise, light pollution, strained utilities and potentially higher electric bills.
A million-dollar ad campaign can make a bad deal sound appealing. Amendment 6 would make it harder to change or repeal laws that pave the way for these projects, giving wealthy special interests even more power while Missouri communities fight to protect their own backyards.
Missourians deserve a say in what happens in our communities, not billionaires looking to protect their profits. Vote NO on Amendment 6 and tell billionaires to keep their paws off our laws. #NoOn6 #MOgov
Missouri seniors spent their whole lives working to pay off their homes. Now too many of them can barely afford to stay there, because they're stuck paying for government programs full of fraud and waste.
Amendment 6 would make those programs virtually impossible to stop or fix. Once they're locked in, a small handful of legislators could block every reform, and seniors on fixed incomes would keep footing the bill.
Protect Missouri seniors. Vote NO on 6 and tell billionaires to keep their paws off our laws.

The groups feeding you lies about what Amendment 6 would do want you to believe that you're "protecting the voice of the people!" by voting yes.
In reality, Amendment 6 would stifle the will of Missourians and would instead clear the runway for the will of out-of-state billionaires who don't care about what is best for Missourians at all.
Protect our Constitutional Republic by voting NO on Amendment 6. #NoOn6
Amendment 6 would require an 80% supermajority in both chambers of the Missouri Legislature before lawmakers could change or repeal laws passed through the initiative petition process.
That means even when a law needs fixing, a small minority of legislators could block a solution, leaving Missourians with fewer options to correct bad policy, including laws affecting our Second Amendment rights.
Missouri’s laws should serve Missourians, not out-of-state billionaires. Protect our gun laws and keep our elected representatives accountable. Vote NO on Amendment 6! #NoOn6 #MOgov

Vote No Amendment 6 - Don't let out of state interest groups corrupt our constitution. youtu.be/pgUrnnJq-k8
Out-of-state weed companies sold Missouri voters on legal pot with a promise to help veterans. Now those companies are making record profits, and veterans’ programs still haven’t received the funding they were promised.
The fine print in that deal deserves a second look. Amendment 6 would make it harder to change, giving those companies another layer of protection even after the promises to veterans have fallen short. Missourians should be able to revisit a deal that hasn’t delivered what we were told it would.
Missouri isn’t for sale. Vote NO on 6 and tell these companies to keep their paws off our laws.

Amendment 6 would open the door for special interest groups and out-of-state billionaires to sneak provisions that benefit them into the fine print of our laws and then lock them into our state constitution. This would make it much harder for our elected officials to hold these nefarious groups accountable.
Missouri belongs to Missourians, not wealthy special interests looking to buy influence over our state.
Send them a message they can’t ignore this Election Day: Missouri isn’t for sale. VOTE NO ON AMENDMENT 6! #NoOn6
Billionaires want to put massive data centers in our backyards, leaving Missouri communities to live with the noise, the lights and the strain on our utilities. Even worse, we could be stuck paying higher electric bills to help keep their operations running.
A slick, million-dollar ad campaign can sell Missouri on a bad deal. Amendment 6 would make it harder to undo laws that clear the way for data centers, giving the billionaires behind them another layer of protection. Missouri communities would be left fighting an even steeper uphill battle to take back their own backyards.
Missourians deserve a say in what happens in our own backyards. Vote NO on 6 and tell billionaires to keep their paws off our laws.

NO on 6!
Every law eventually needs a fix.
So here's the question on Amendment 6: who fixes it?
Under 6, any law passed by petition would need 80% of both the Missouri House and Senate to change. Elected officials can be voted out when they get it wrong. A supermajority lock can't.
Accountability runs through elections. Vote no on 6.
🗳️No excuse absentee voting starts TODAY in Missouri!
Whether you're voting early or waiting until Election Day, it's important to make a plan to vote so that your voice is heard. With dangerous measures like Amendment 6 on this year's ballot, it's more important than ever to show up and participate.
Don’t sit this one out! Missouri's future depends on it. 🇺🇸 #NoOn6 #MOgov
Jefferson City politicians backed by gambling companies sold Missourians a bill of goods. Buried in the fine print were tax breaks for those same companies. Now Amendment 6 would make those breaks harder to change.
Those companies have already benefited from the deal. Passing Amendment 6 would give them another layer of protection, making it harder for Missouri to revisit the tax breaks they’re collecting. There’s no good reason to give them that advantage.
Missouri isn’t for sale. Vote NO on 6 and tell billionaires to keep their paws off our laws.

Funny how the fine print keeps working out for the people who wrote the check. 🤔
Amendment 6 would allow out-of-state special interest groups to lock bad policies into our state constitution while also handcuffing our elected officials from being able to deliver crucial legislative fixes.
Tell billionaires to keep their paws off our laws. Vote NO on Amendment 6. #NoOn6 #MOgov
