weird question. has anyone else ever put something off for like months, then u do it, and then the feeling of "I need to do this" is still there but it's already done and it doesn't give u relief ur just uncomfortable

i feel the same way about the wc game that i feel about the books - i’m not doing it because they’re good. i’m doing it because i love warrior cats

I think it's really funny when I see ppl with ocd doing this in particular because it's like.. they could genuinely develop that theme tomorrow
if you demonize any subtype of ocd DNI i don’t like you intrusive thoughts do NOT align with persons morals they are intrusive for a reason nobody wants to have these thoughts

why are people misunderstanding the OCD slur thing as "guy that says slurs for fun" and not "person that rereads their text 30 times before sending it because their brain is trying to convince them that they somehow accidentally said a slur in the message and they can't see it"

so happy my qrt resonates with you guys xitter.cf/mothgels/status/211443…
BASICALLY think of ocd as having the Twitter replies section manifesting in ur brain. Like how people on here will read u saying one thing and then claim you said the complete opposite. OCD is a manifestation of ur brain pulling the pancakes waffles shit on an extreme level

In the past I'd been open about my OCD and people got confused like "you don't have OCD, your space is always messy" fun fact I DO have contamination OCD (and other types) but not in the way like the movies or TV or the jokes people tell. It's in a way that makes ppl uncomfy
i hate how as soon as someone gives an example of the dark side of ocd with the intrusive thoughts which go against morals, suddenly mental health no longer matters because we arent showing the more palatable symptoms of ocd such as excessive hand washing and organising etc

also if anyone wants more ocd ramblings let me know I have basically experienced every ocd theme at this point. mine loves to shift every few months

the really cool one (sarcasm) was magical thinking OCD which evolved into spiritual psychosis for like a year and a half
