IS BFR THROWING JUST FOR REHAB AND RECOVERY??? Nah, fam. The amount of pitching metrics this thing has impacted feels impossible, but alas, that’s just the case. Some things we’ve seen through testing and data collection include but are not limited to velo gain, endurance and increased pitch counts, command and release point improvement, pitch design, mechanics of the arm, lead leg, and back leg, improved recovery the next day, and many more. When you look at what this has proven to do physiologically through years of published research and then apply it to baseball it starts to make sense. This is Chase Fillman, a 2028 2-way out of Arizona who is ranked #1 in the state and one of the top players in the country who’s made a dramatic leap in performance after implementing BFR into his weekly throwing over the last year. The sky is the limit for this kid, but so many others have seen similar gains out of the Prime Reaction facility. The game is about to get a whole lot better as this starts getting out. Buckle up. #bfrthrowing #baseball #bfrbaseball #velo
