I just prefer staying connected with people who are active and supportive. Most of the time after follow back people are vanish I really hate this type of people.
You can connect with 3-4K new followers in a month, but how many of them actually care about what you're building? How many support your work, or show up when you need them?
We're all here trying to build something, grow our accounts, and make progress. Having genuinely supportive and active people around makes that journey so much better.
I'd take 100 supportive people over 10K ghost followers any day.
