Been seeing lots of misconceptions about senior NCOs from MIL X accounts. Don’t get it twisted, not all senior NCOs are built the same. Need proof? Watch below 👇 US Soldier vs UK Soldier WHO'S FITTER?! youtu.be/4LE9BGzDhus?si=LOxl… via @YouTube

I jumped for 23 out of 26 years. Life is good and I would do it more if I didn’t promote out of that life style. Go AIRBRONE!!!

All the way! Our airborne forces exemplify readiness and resilience, standing poised to deliver rapid response anywhere in the world with as little as 18 hours' notice. Our dedicated @USArmy Paratroopers engage in rigorous training around the clock, honing their skills to ensure they are well-trained, lethal, and always prepared to jump into any situation. Stay vigilant, stay ready! #AATW #Airborne

Many will never truly understand how challenging it is to reach this point. Armchair quarterback’s will respond with “it’s easy” or “you’re weak for letting it ruin you” or even “you should show more self control”. To those I say this, alcohol is addicting. Alcoholism is real.

Woke up this morning feeling sorry for myself because the Yankees lost. Then I was quickly motivated by CSM @DamarcoWyatt to get up and run. So, I just kept running (Zone 2).
