Yet again, I'm reminded of the qualities of the people who run our club. Honest, diligent, rational, progressive, calm, and humble. Any wealthy person can come in and chuck cash about, but the sustainable growth model at #Notts is commendable. Great watch. ■□■□

We're in really good hands. MP clearly seems happy (or at least his version of happy) in his role, and is supportive of the club structure. #Notts are in good health... regardless of whether we finish in the top half, or 20th.

Had the better of the first half... 2nd half got bullied all over. Lost the game physically rather than anything else. Resorted to aimless, ineffective long balls and barely crossed the ball. Not a great performance. One to move on from quickly. #Notts ■□■□

JODI JONES: THE FAREWELL AFTER THREE YEARS AT MEADOW LANE. 🤍 Three years of the biggest moments and the best memories, at the place he called home and rediscovered his love for football. Modern Day Notts County Legend. End of an era. 👑 All shares, as always, so incredibly appreciated. 🤍 #Notts

I get the impression RM doesn't ever stop working. Great to have so much energy behind the scenes at Notts.

JJ has to sort his future out for his young family, and #Notts will take a view on value vs risk, and decide accordingly. A fee for a player who we signed on a free. He's given us some unforgettable moments, but been cut down with injuries/fitness. On his day, a worldie. ■□■□

I think this could have been handled better by all parties.... but as his next contract will be critical for him, JJ has to do what is best. I don't begrudge him a move, I'd rather he stayed, but that's football. We'll always have THAT goal vs Boreham Wood.... pure sport

#Notts were superb today. Graft, shape, energy & focus. Can't fault a man out there. Lipsiuc has some engine! Relentless! Cooper brilliant. Absolutely made up for Patto too. They've run through brick walls for him. Great to be back! ■□■□

Day 1 of the 2026/7 season for #Notts. *Thread* This one will be different. First season in about 8 where we don't expect to win most games. Fans will need to adapt expectations as a result. Loads of new players to blend in, who need to form on field understanding

More exits? Roos? Surely cannot remain given the high wage as a backup. Iwunze - loan looks a great move for him. Reynolds - another loan? Maybe a surprise or 2 more still to leave as well. Business still to be done

More additions? Winger/wingback needed. Striker? Probably GK if Roos leave too.
