I’d advise everyone who runs a small to medium size business in the country to come together and stop working for a day. Shut the doors for 24 hours as a country. Show them how much work and tax that goes missing. Ignorance beyond belief

If those 11,000 jobs were all on minimum wage, then the rise in the budget just added between £15-17m in costs overnight just on the wage, never mind the pension, the NICs, the other taxes etc. When will they learn ….

This is the same sort of logic when it comes to benefits / working. So say for example if you took a job, you were £100 P/M better off, the gov would say it pays to be in work. The reality is you’re asking people to work 160 hours for £100.

If you're vibe coding and want to acquire customers, do a lot of research and find that one customer who resonates with what you're doing. If you can find 1 customer willing to pay, optimise for them, then find more exactly like that customer. If you can get 1 you can get 1000
