@CenturyLink I've been sitting here for 18 months trying to get my cable buried. Every time a technician comes out, they say we off load to a third party. I wait and wait. Now, I am canceling and you're make it even hard than trying to get a cable buried.
There is zero customer service @CenturyLink. One can't talk to a person, and if you can get ahold of someone they don't or cannot do anything. Your chat is the most friendly person I've talked to in your company.
