Throw back to this time last year, these are tough times and this #IWD21 I will be thinking about two special women that I have lost in the last few weeks. Celebrating all the the wonderful women and the business ⁦@teamvistryp⁩ that supports me everyday.

I haven’t posted in ages, the change in commute from train to car and longer hours = much less time for myself but I’ve discovered the joys of listening to @natashaccollins podcasts. #superchargeyourwellbeing with @MardaniaParita exactly what I need just brilliant - thank you

Day 134 - Here we are 170,000 miles later. It seems fitting to end with the opening of @NHM_London & and a whale called Hope. Enjoy the film of our travels on the link (🙏🏻 Peter) + a note from me to you all to say thank you. #isolationart #drawingoftheday youtube.com/watch?v=d13q6L0U…

Deighted to share with you this special piece of my sanctuary I call home with a little bit of family history. Dedicated to those who have given so much for our freedom, peace. In memory of Robert Farnsworth who survived the Luftwaffe but sadly lost his battle to Covid.
