休日の午前、軽い体操をしながら窓から差し込む日差しを感じる瞬間は最高ですわ。緩やかな時間に身を任せ、心がほぐれていくのが実感できる。時にはゆったりとした動きで、自分自身にエネルギーを充電してあげたいものね✨☀️

帰宅してまず洗濯物を取り込む。ふと窓の外を見ると、夕暮れが徐々に空を染めていく美しさに心が和んだ🌅 そんな小さな瞬間があたしのメンタルを整えてくれるのですわ✨ ほんの数分、穏やかな気持ちでリセットできる幸せを感じた。

休日、近くの公園に行ってみた。青空の下で風を感じながら、ベンチに座って一杯のお茶を飲む。心が軽くなった気がしますわ🍵✨このような時間こそ、心身ともに整う瞬間なのかもしれない。

Unhappy with the product received and customer service provided by Brisdale @McDonaldsCanada. Called to inform them that I do not eat meat and there was meat in my sandwich. Manager hung up the phone. Unacceptable and poor customer service. What will you do? @McDonaldsCanada
