Hey Notion fans!
I’m back with more cool Notioners to follow.
This is part 3 of up-and-comers whose content I’m enjoying.
Here are more creators to check out - this time TEN!
(7 slots too little space to share the love that piled up since last time):
1️⃣ @bitsofshanshine
In addition to having a witty username… Shan crafts templates that are super popular (over 3,500 downloads). She’s a Notion creator who talks about the solopreneur side of things as well as Notion itself (things like mindset, staying in balance, et cetera). She’s a great follow!
2️⃣ @heysaifio
He is a Notion creator who has been welcomed into the official Notion gallery. How cool is that!?! Follow him not only for bits of Notion content, but also for tips on productivity, growth, and AI too.
3️⃣ @GasperCrepinsek
Gasper is a productivity nerd who managed to escape the MBB life to end up building a business in Bali 😍. Follow this dude for productivity tips, perspectives on life, and great templates that - on lucky days - he has giveaways for.
4️⃣ @im_brianyi
Brian’s an indie hacker who is building in public. He shares heaps of Notion tips and, best of all, he’s launching a Notion reader soon. I’m excited to try it out, because it will help to improve the reading experience of things that you have stored in Notion. Keep watch for his launch folks.
5️⃣ @jansgraphics
Jans is helping to boost people’s workflows. He shares tips and templates (which I really like the aesthetics of, by the way). Give him a follow for learning how to get better at Notion and improve your productivity.
6️⃣ @notioncircles
Unlike the other entries on this list, Notion Circles not a solopreneur. Creators should know about this account because they’re a Hub for Notion templates. And this is a great support for the work that we all do. For example, Give them a follow… today, @JJayRebel from part 2 is a featured creator. 🥳 Host your templates there for more attention.
7️⃣ @Notion_IS
Ivy has like allllllll the badges, is Notion certified, and is a Notion Ambassador. Do I need to even say more about why you should give her a follow? Like, really! All of those accolades culminate in really great insights being shared. Absolutely click the follow button and learn some new stuff. She won’t disappoint.
8️⃣ @NotionKristen
Kristen has been killing it recently! Many tips and advice on Notion, like other creators. But Kristen also brings you behind the scenes of the business side of things. You’ll get a firsthand view of what she’s building, what she’s earning, and what her thought process is along the way sash achieves her successes. Worth the follow for Notion mixed with business.
9️⃣ @NotionTour
NotionTour has a newsletter folks! So you get tips, tricks, and insights both from 𝕏 as well as the newsletter from this creator. So do follow both. Also, like with Kristen, you are brought along on the business side of their journey, which is nice too.
🔟 @pinkiepixels
Lots of great template aesthetics on today’s list, I gotta say. This creator’s unique design eye and attention to detail are noteworthy (seriously, I’ve not seen Notioners even lean into typography like this too). Follow for the templates, stay for the Gumroad stuff. 😀
And, as always, here are two bonus accounts that don’t qualify as “up-and-coming” because have hundreds or thousands of follows:
@gosdeeowl & @thenotionbar are elite in this space. They are two must follows, for sure.
I’ll share part 4 soon because there are more that deserve mention too. Stay tuned!
And, if you missed parts 1 and 2 and are curious who is on those, here are links to the previous lists:

Stuck in a rut? Use randomness to spark creativity:
Here’s how:
1. Grab a random object in your environment.
2. Ask yourself, “How can this object solve my problem?”
3. Use its shape, function, or symbolism to inspire new ideas.
Random connections often lead to breakthrough ideas.

Generate your best ideas by starting with the worst ones:
1. Brainstorm the absolute worst solutions to your problem.
2. Ask, “How can I turn these into something useful?”
3. Often, the most outrageous ideas contain a seed of brilliance.
Bad ideas are stepping stones to great ones.
Detoxing doesn’t mean going offline for days.
Try this instead:
1. Set boundaries—start with 30 minutes a day where you step away from screens.
2. Use this time to do something intentional, like meditating or stretching.
3. Gradually increase your "tech-free" time over the week.
Digital balance is about small, mindful changes, not drastic ones.
The key to mastering Notion is leveraging its relational databases.

Just like your physical space, your digital space needs decluttering.
Here’s how to get started:
1. Clear your desktop and organize files into folders.

3. Minimize distractions by deleting apps you never actually use.
