Had this is our nhs clinic for a few years, great bit of kit
We have been using the K-Pull Dyno from @kinvent_bio in clinic and combined with the app it is a seriously awesome piece of kit.
Considering it fits in your hand it is worth it's weight in gold for assessments especially knee extensor which we showcase in this video!
if you want to level up your assessments, comment below or DM us for an introduction.

If we don’t prioritise support structures, we risk losing valuable professionals.
What can we do to change this?

Ask an ortho surgeon, anesthesiologist, or OR nurse... the average joint replacement patient didn't exercise regularly (yes, some did- genetics has a big role, too). Nor were they before their pain stopped them. Lifestyle choices affect our risk for OA and OA progression significantly.

I’ve teamed up with foot & ankle specialist @lizbayleyphysio to create 4 strengthening programmes for Plantar Heel Pain. 3 are based on Osborne et al. (2023) and 1 is our own ‘LiTHE’ programme. There’s lots to consider with these exercises which we’ll explore in this thread 🧵
