On this day in 2007, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that the collective bargaining process is protected by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. In a 6-1 decision, the court threw out sections of BC's Bill 29 that interfered with the bargaining process. #canlab #cdnpoli #bcpoli
