Step 3: go to sleep. Your unicorn ruler keeps the island running while you're away. It gathers, builds, trades and defends. Every morning your island prints its own newspaper. Fleet incoming? Telegram pings you: Defend, Bribe or Counter-raid. One tap.

Step 2: build. You start on a sandbar with one palm and a crate. Then it escalates: fishing huts, sawmills, a harbour, shipyards, a whole town. 8 climates, from Palm Reef to Volcano to Frost. No island makes everything. So you trade. Or you raid.
