I'm fairly sure Grok didn't create a right collectivist category out of leftist bias. If we define collectivism as the subordination of the individual to a collective then it applies to authoritarian nationalist movements as much as authoritarian class-based movements.

I don't know who @StarfleetDreams is... however... they clearly know more about the TREK franchise than anyone who's worked on it recently (although... I have my suspicions as to who they might be). Put aside your A.I. bias...and follow the STORIES they tell. They're telling us the tales the best TREK novelists used to do, which is why we read them in the first place. (Shout out to David Mack's ECHOES IN ETERNITY, released THIS WEEK). If you're a TNG fan...watch this: youtu.be/7kgdeu_nU8I?si=j0SH…

This was just posted over on Facebook by @GeorgeTakei . #AdAstra Walter - and Pavel 🖖
My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man. Just last month, on Sept. 14, he turned 90, on the same day Brad and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary. I will always treasure that he and I shared that date.
Walter was more than Chekov. He was a writer, a teacher, a thoughtful man, and a loyal friend. To the fans who loved him for so many years, thank you. He loved you too. Rest well, my dear friend. Keep navigating a steady course.
– George

One of the sweetest, kindest humans I’ve ever worked with. It was an honor. I wish we could’ve done more…

This one hurts. Walter was a kind, humble and loving man…and a friend. He will be missed by so many. My dad is joined with his friend in heaven.

They don’t make comedy like this anymore.
Basil Fawlty just got the “room with a view + bath” complaint… and his response is pure chaos. The ending is even better.😂🤣
