Eight years ago, 11 lives were tragically cut short in the antisemitic attack at the Tree of Life synagogue. As we honor their memories, we must reaffirm our collective commitment to protecting houses of worship and ending gun violence.

Eight years ago today, 11 people were murdered while gathering to pray at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh. My heart is with the families who lost loved ones and the Jewish community still carrying the pain of that day. We must never forget those we lost, and we must never stop fighting antisemitism in all its forms.

Today, 5.5 million Jewish, Christian, and, notably, Arab Israelis participated in the only democracy in the Middle East. This was the highest turnout the country has seen in nearly 3 decades. While we won’t know the final results tonight, today’s elections could make history, with Arab parties projected to win 18 seats, up from the 10 they hold currently. These projections reflect the importance of strong democracies. I will continue to stand up for Israel and champion a strong U.S.-Israel relationship in Congress. The elections in Israel today are a further reminder of the shared values of our two nations. Am Yisrael Chai.

She wrote her own monologues which had to be edited into several different formats, including opinion. I was far from her only editor. They eventually had to be ghostwritten, yes, because they were not literate otherwise.

For the record, I never authored even one opinion piece for the Daily Wire. You guys ghostwrote all of them and then slapped my name on it as the author for clicks. Good luck finding the intern (or AI system?) you’re upset with. @CommunityNotes

In November, Columbia barred Mahmoud Khalil from campus over public safety concerns. Tonight, two university centers are rolling out the welcome mat for his book signing. What changed? Columbia owes Jewish students and the campus community answers. nypost.com/2026/10/26/us-new…

630,000 votes and Bibi's bloc is still ahead as some opposition areas start to report. Revised exit polls have Bibi's bloc a bit stronger than earlier, with some showing it a couple of seats ahead of the Jewish opposition and others showing a tie. Neither bloc close to 61.

Only 322,000 votes counted, most from cities and precincts favorable to Bibi. Nothing from Tel Aviv, for example. Very slow counting tonight.

Breaking: this is turning into a dramatic election night in Israel. It began with all three major television networks projecting the Zionist opposition bloc ahead of Netanyahu’s bloc by three seats. Hours later, the picture has shifted dramatically. Netanyahu’s bloc has been steadily gaining ground and now leads the Zionist opposition by three seats according to channel 12. The overall size of the opposition, including the Arab parties, has not changed significantly. 70 => 68. Likud officials are now claiming that Netanyahu has won a majority of the Jewish vote, adding that “the night is still young.” Likud is briefing journalists that it expects Netanyahu’s bloc to finish with 55–57 seats. That would still leave him short of the 61 seats needed for a governing majority, but it would represent a significantly stronger showing than anything suggested by the pre-election polls or the initial exit polls. The counting continues.
