@thameswater is an absolute disgrace of a company seemingly without a communication or emergency plan for when a problem arises. We shouldn't have to get information from our MP @Jeremy_Hunt who managed to get the ear of the CEO. 1/3
TW couldn't even update one web page with the info the CEO provided let alone other channels. Still no water in our street after 70 hours. The handling of this needs thorough investigation. When the treatment works at Shalford were turned off at some point comms should have.. 2/3
