Journalism is collapsing when it matters the most, especially when it comes to food—one of the most overlooked levers of power.
So I’m launching through food, a media platform that doesn’t tell you what’s tasty, but looks at the power, politics, and people shaping what we eat.
Our first episode is with Abbas Milhem, a lifelong farmer in the occupied West Bank. Over a meal of his choosing, he explains why farming on his land is considered a crime—because he’s Palestinian.
Welcome, and enjoy. This is just the beginning.
