WE WON, not ONCE, but TWICE!!! 2018 and 2023. Our victory was denied and delayed by those who believe they have power over processes. They manipulated everything and everyone. People may say whatever they wish or even blame us, and with time, they may forget what happened. But God never forgets His promises. What God has ordained cannot be overturned by human opposition. His promises will prevail, His WORD will stand, and what He has promised shall surely come to pass. Thank you for your support and encouragement. #Godisinit

ELECTIONS IN BRAZIL..Have been closely following the Presidential elections run off in Brazil. Presidential candidates’ debates can be fascinating, illuminating, and revealing. They test not only knowledge and competence, but also leadership, temperament, vision, and the ability to articulate a nation’s aspirations. I wish we had such in Zimbabwe 🇿🇼

A GREAT COMMUNITY LEADER …We have lost a consistent, dedicated and committed Citizens cadre in Victoria Falls, Netsai Shoko (née Changara). Her dedication and commitment to the Citizens’ cause will forever be cherished and remembered. Her passing is a loss to the Citizens family and all who shared in the journey. Rest in power, great Citizens’ heroine. Your loyalty and service will not be forgotten.

Nothing in life is permanent. Be humble. Life is constantly changing, and no position, power, or privilege lasts forever. Stay humble. Treat your opponents with dignity and respect. Never forget that everything can change. Blessed Sunday.

GOD IS IN IT… “The earth is the LORD’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” Psalm 24:1 Indeed, God is in it!!! He is the Creator, Owner and Author of all things. The earth and everything in it belong to Him. King David reminds us that God’s sovereignty extends over all creation, including you and me. Everything exists by His power and for His glory. Therefore, He alone deserves all honour, all praise and all glory!!! As we look around us, let us never lose sight of the hand of God in His creation. Let us acknowledge His sovereignty, trust in His power and give Him the glory He alone deserves. GOD IS IN IT. GOD IS OVER IT. AND ALL GLORY BELONGS TO HIM! #GodIsInIt Blessed Sabbath. ~nc

THE NATURE OF STRUGGLES…I know that, at times, frustration gets the better of us, and we lose sight of what we are up against. Because we desperately want to free ourselves from this hardship and dictatorship, we end up being too hard on ourselves, often unfairly. We try. Sometimes we fall short. Sometimes we get it wrong. But that is the nature of a struggle against oppression. It is never easy, never straightforward, and never without setbacks. Keep trying. Keep pushing. Keep believing. One day, we will make it. Such is the story of every struggle for freedom. There are setbacks, frustrations, disappointments and moments when we question ourselves. But we must never lose sight of what we are up against or why we began. We try, we stumble, we learn, and we rise again. The struggle is never easy, but we must keep going. The road may be long, but we must never give up on the destination. Our freedom is worth the fight and the sacrifice. #FreshStart #Godisinit

Evidence of total leadership failure.

Exodus 14:14 Blessed sabbath #Godisinit

ACTIVATE THE GRATITUDE ATTITUDE…“So Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine?” Luke 17:17 Gratitude reveals the condition of the heart. Ten were cleansed, but only one returned to give thanks. Many remember to call upon God in times of trouble, but few return to acknowledge His goodness when the breakthrough comes. Never let your blessing make you forget your Blesser, God Almighty. Gratitude is more than good manners; it is a reflection of a humble spirit and yielding heart that recognises the hand of God in every blessing. Count your blessings. Remember His goodness. Return thanks to God. Have a blessed and peaceful Sabbath! #GiveThanks #JesusIsLord #Godisinit

THEY ARE SO DESPERATE… Zpf is so embarrassingly low and annoyingly crazy. They are so desperate to the extent of setting up a special committee and allocating a whole budget to decimate the genuine alternative and true opposition. They are approaching virtually everyone who has stood against oppression, over the past years, dangling cash, trinkets and promises of personal benefits in exchange for abandoning the struggle and joining the oppressors. Some, weary and exhausted by the long journey, are succumbing to these crumbs. Expect more to fall for this fading convenience at the expense of enduring for a legacy of integrity and consistency. But why jump onto a sinking ship simply because those aboard are throwing money around? I salute every citizen who refuses to be bought, bribed or broken. Your integrity and resilience is worth more than their temporary rewards. Principles are not for sale, and the struggle for genuine change and national transformation cannot be reduced to a marketplace of short term political bargains. Easy come, easy go. The struggle has never been easy, and the road ahead is now shorter. We must remain focused and steadfast. We are fighting for something greater than personal gain: the freedom, dignity and future of our nation. OUR CONVICTIONS ARE NOT FOR SALE. OUR DESTINY IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. Nomatter what! Our time will come. And when it does, let history remember those who stood firm when others were tempted to surrender. WE, THE CITIZENS, SHALL OVERCOME AND GOVERN.#TheNew #Whatsinit #Godisinit #CHAPWATI

No time to waste on fighting.
No time to waste on insults.
No time to waste on hatred.
No time to waste on oppressing one another.
No time to waste on hurting each other. Don’t let time pass you by, beloved ones.
Time is short. We are only passing through this world. Make the most of every moment.
Choose love. Choose peace. Choose kindness. #SabbathNuggets

FULFILLMENT HIDDEN IN WAITING… “And so, after waiting patiently, Abraham obtained the promise.” Hebrews 6:15 Patience does not cancel the promise; it prepares us for its fulfillment. Abraham waited. The promise did not come immediately, but God remained faithful. His journey reminds us that waiting is not wasted time. In the silence, God is working; in the delay, He is strengthening our faith; and in the process, He is preparing us for what He has promised. Abraham's example encourages us to remain steadfast and hopeful, knowing that God is working even when we cannot see immediate results. Let us therefore remain steadfast, hopeful and faithful, even when we cannot yet see the results. What God has promised, He is faithful to fulfill. And it has just begun. Blessed Sabbath.

A DISTRACTED NATION… The “State of the Nation” has become, in my view, a state of deception and pretense, Zpf apparatchiks singing words they themselves do not appear to believe. When I tweeted #NoTo2050, some critics missed the point. I was warning about something much bigger: the danger of normalising the indefinite extension of political power and weakening the citizens’ right to choose their leaders. The crisis is not merely a one-party-state problem. It is, and has always been, a one-man-state problem…from Smith, RGM to ED..
It is about building strong institutions, not strong men.
It is about constitutionalism, not individualism.
It is about the right of citizens to choose, and to change, their government. The fight ahead is bigger than the noise of today. We have a big fight on our hands. And we will win the fight! #TheNew #TogetherWeBuild

LET THEM RULE YOU OUT.. Don't announce moves, confirm your arrivals. Build silently. Build everywhere. Build together. Let the results make the announcement. Blessed Sunday.

BECAUSE THE TIME IS NEAR… “Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear and obey what is written in it, because the time is near.” Revelation 1:3 There is a blessing in reading God’s Word, hearing His voice, and, above all, living it. The Word is not merely to be read; it is to be received, believed, obeyed, and carried into our daily lives. We’re the salt of the earth. God’s revealed Word calls us to steadfast faith, genuine repentance, faithful worship, and patient endurance. Revelation reminds us not to be seduced by the false comforts of this world, but to remain anchored in Christ, faithful when it is easy, faithful when it is costly, and faithful when the way ahead seems unclear. The time is near. Let us watch, pray, remain faithful, and keep our eyes fixed on Christ. Blessed Sabbath.
