Five years ago, I read Why We Sleep. One idea stuck: the best way to improve sleep isn't drugs or trackers, it's simple habits.
Early 2025, I started building Supersleep. The idea was simple: help people build better sleep habits without the anxiety.
I added progressive habit goals inspired by learning meditation. My mentor would say "one minute a day is better than nothing." Start small, build consistency.
Supersleep is about becoming more mindful of your time and routines. Good sleep is the foundation for everything else.
It's been months in the making. This is my passion project, and I couldn't be more excited to share it. ❤️

Finally submitted my app for review #shipaton
3 weeks of building and testing non-stop. I’m exhausted, and not even fully satisfied, but as they say:
“If you aren't embarrassed by the first version of your product, you shipped too late”
Fingers crossed for the review 🤞
First MVP went out for beta testing for my new app for #shipaton.
Needs a couple fixes, then paywall, then submit to Apple. 🏃♂️

What's the absolute best way you've found to talk to your users while you're building a B2C app?
It could be anything, from adding a “send feedback” banner to the home screen, to putting an open field in onboarding.
