My favorite line... "I’ve been measuring a life well-lived differently these days: my blood pressure numbers, walks taken, girls trips experienced, hugs given and received, and thank yous from people I’ve forever impacted."

A huge thank you to @ShannonCohenInc for gently inviting me to ask the needed questions: 🏃🏾‍♀️What is the pace of my life? 🤚🏾 Where can I slow down? 🤔 Was I doing what mattered most when I had the energy? Her PACE episode is 17 minutes of goodness: open.spotify.com/episode/5we…

Warms my heart when I do reference calls for former colleagues. Had a great call today. Real talk, I usually end up clicking with the hiring manager and getting a LinkedIn invite! I can't fully express the joy I feel watching people I care about go after their next great thing.

Please raise your hand if you knew that you could schedule Slack message sends. And if you knew, why didn't you tell me? 🙈

Truth. Makes me think of virtual meetings at work too. 🧐
Just because a student does not raise their hand, does not mean that they are not thinking deeply about the content. We need to broaden what we mean by engagement in our classrooms/schools. This will invite/value more students in the learning process.
