Was a pleasure to be at the #INTERPOLGA 🏴 this week speaking about the importance of collaboration to strengthen global health security.
One of the great strengths of @WHO is our work with international, national and local partners to help the world safe from health threats.
INTERPOL General Assembly approved the signing of a cooperation agreement with @WHO in support of a concrete collaboration between law enforcement and public health.

Today was a historic day for public health at #UNGA. In the declaration approved today on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response, the Member States have demonstrated that even at this time of division and polarisation, it’s still possible for countries to come together to agree on a shared response to shared threats.
We have no future but a shared future.
