He used my song to propose 🥹 Remember when I asked who wanted to propose at my show? This is Jason and Diana. Five years of talking about it… then he asked her to make him a rich man 💛 #RichMan

Life gets a whole lot better when you stop waiting for something big to happen and start noticing all the little things already going right.

Someone asked me what to expect on my upcoming tour, so I thought I’d take a minute to hop on here and talk about it. Long thread incoming…

So yes, we’re gonna play the songs, sing loud, dance, and have a DANG good time. But I also hope you leave feeling like you were part of something too. Because this tour isn’t just about me getting back to my roots. It’s about us getting back to them together.

That’s what this tour celebrates.. It’s for those of y’all who, like me, are trying to get back to your roots. To slow down. Be present. Love your people well. Find the good even when it takes a little more work to see it

I’m not a perfect person. Just like everyone here, I have days where finding the positive feels like an uphill battle. And on those days, I turn to music. To people who see me, understand where I’m coming from, and remind me that I’m not alone in trying to find a better way.

People tell me all the time how my music has helped them, but I don’t think I’ve told y’all enough how much you’ve helped me.

The whole ROOTS album and tour is about getting back to the roots of what’s important. To me, that means family, community, authenticity, and remembering what makes this life worth living in the first place.
