Of all the incredible World Series moments, I will never forget the honor of riding in Bob Uecker’s Corvette for the parade. To be in Ueck’s car and pass his mural with thousands of fans is a core memory. 🥹Thank you Uecker family & Roger Caplinger for an unforgettable ride! 💙

MILWAUKEE wrapped up the World Series with the highest average rating of any home market since Cleveland in the seven-game 2016 series. Powerful showing from one of America’s most passionate sports towns.

Just 11 cities can claim at least two World Series Championships with at least two NBA Championships. Milwaukee (38) is by far the smallest media market in the country to qualify. The second smallest is Miami (18). Now think about Wisconsin’s fan support. Elite in both cases.

Milwaukee keeps ending some long time title droughts! 💍💍 The Bucks and Brewers both ended 50+ year championship droughts in the same decade! 🤯

Down -7% is better than most were predicting and 11m viewers for Games 1 & 2 is better than anything out there that’s not the NFL. More important, this “small market” series affirms one of the bedrock appeals of sports: Everyone has a chance.
No Time Like October: FOX Sports opens #WorldSeries with strong start highlighted by 12,259,000 viewers for Game 1 and 10,854,000 for Game 2. ⚾️📺

The NBA should consider having one game each week on a Friday afternoon. Make it a big event in the city that is hosting that week’s game. They would have a window all to themselves each week — especially for teams that don’t get much exposure. Primetime in Europe too.

Erik Spoelstra on Giannis' playmaking: "Pat was at practice all week, and the way he's played with the ball in his hands and delivering the ball reminds all of us of a great big point guard that played for Pat back in the 80s.”
During the postgame press conference, Erik Spoelstra compared Giannis' playmaking to Magic Johnson.
