Hoyte van Hoytema did a masterclass today on the Universal backlot. He broke down all the new tech they’ve developed over the years that ultimately helped make THE ODYSSEY possible. Bespoke camera systems, rigs, lights, and lenses. I’ll have a video soon. Amazing stuff.

If anything I'm kinda worried the DCU slowly handicapping the ECS rather than the other way around. Especially with the recent LeFranc news (unless there's a merge), it seems like the ECS can't get a new project up like Penguin ever again given that the DCU is the main priority.
