With over 10,000 crypto tokens, navigating the markets can be a nightmare.
99% of projects don't actually bring any utility.
So how do we spot REAL potential?
đ§ľThis thread will go over 8 of the BIGGEST bets I have for this cycle & the reasons why.
Most are sleeping on what $LINK is doing lately:
â
Connector to SWIFT Blockchain Ledger
â
Presented Fullcrum with DTCC AppChain
â
CCIP for S&P Global backed OpenZeppelin
â
LG CNS Partnership & Integration
The foundation to Web3 x TradFi has been LINKED
đ¨THE BIGGEST $AERO ANNOUNCEMENT SINCE THEIR LAUNCH DROPPED THIS WEEK
Recently Aerodrome & Velodrome merged as ONE
7 chains
1 token
1 liquidity layer
Unifying the world of DeFi with the ultimate DEX.
Some key metrics before we dive deeper
â
AERO â new AERO at 1:1
â
VELO â AERO at 0.044
â
veAERO & veVELO â sAERO
â
94.5% of new supply to AERO, 5.5% to VELO
â
Live across:
- Base
- Ethereum
- OP Mainnet
- Arbitrum
- Ink
- Arc
- Robinhood Chain
Per the team, these 7 networks combine for ~$120 Bil/month in DEX volume
Now letâs dive deeper
Both of these protocols were already dominating their home chains
Aerodrome = 58% of Base DEX volume in Q3
Velodrome = 60% of OP Mainnet
Aerodrome also led ALL DEXs in bitcoin-dollar trading volume over the last quarter
It's important to note BOTH infrastructures were built by the same team under Dromos Labs
And on the same underlying code with the 3,3 rule.
This isn't an awkward merger of any sorts, but rather unifying the teams vision under 1 greater DEX.
And beyond unification, there's real benefits
Here's a quick breakdown:
PREDICTIVE ALLOCATIONâââ
Weekly gauge voting gets replaced. Stakers direct reward budget toward the markets they expect to generate revenue
METASWAPSâââ
Cross-chain trading via exisiting AERO liquidity
SLIPSTREAM V3âââ
Dynamic fees that rise when markets move fast + MEV capture on supported L2s
And per the team, 100% of the revenue goes back to AERO stakers
Aerodrome already owned Base
Now itâs gunning for the rest of Ethereumâs liquidity
If the model holds at this scale, this is a MAJOR catalyst for DeFi overall.
Here's your latest On-Chain Metrics Update
$ONDO Smart Portfolios cross $30M TVL
$RENDER value burnt up 41% month over month
$INJ 7.2M total tokens burnt (7.2% total supply)
$XLM stablecoin transfer vol up 121% from Q2
$AERO tokenized stocks volume passes $3 Bil
$AAVE protocol revenue up 46% over 30 days
$NEAR Intents swap volume at $27.1B YTD
$LINK $26.3B in cumulative CCIP transfers
$UNI Base DEX volume up 57% over 30 days

Crypto Twitter timelines looking bearish,
Narratives and news continue looking bullish.

đĽTHE BOTTOM IS OFFICIALLY INâď¸
In my recent interview with @JamesEastonUK we discussed the broader crypto outlook
Our consensus?
Multiple confluences showing the $58K we saw back in June marked the official BOTTOM
"Any dips currently are more than likely for buying"
Let's see how these next few months play out

Everyone's concerned on token utility
Did we forget coins like DOGE SHIB PEPE etc do 10x+ in a bull cycle?
Was it the utility driving it?
No, it was the meme/narratives behind them
Same with 99% of crypto runs we see today
You really think it's UTILITY that led tokens like QNT XRP TAO FET or whatever to have their explosive runs?
Let's be real now
Crypto is still incredibly early in adoption
And most of the capital in here is speculation/rotation
Are there rare cases where utility can be a catalyst?
Sure, but that's the exception, not the norm.
And THIS is where so many retail investors get it wrong.
They assume good utility = good price performance.
Meanwhile, look at memecoins
Practically ZERO utility outperform REAL utility tokens
The market doesn't reward utility just because it exists.
It rewards demand and liquidity.
And right now, speculation and narrative is generating a LOT more of that demand than real-world adoption.
That doesn't mean utility is irrelevant.
It means we're still early in the adoption curve,
Where speculation dominates price action while real-world utility is still developing.
$MORPHO arguably has the STRONGEST chart out of any alt-coin I've seen
All thru summer we saw crypto melting
BTC falling to $58K
ETH down to $1.5K
And many alts made new lows.
Now look at what Morpho was doing...
You almost wouldn't be able to tell crypto was falling based off this chart
And as we've seen the utility and actual demand for the Morpho platform reflects this strength!
Decoupled cases like these amidst the worst drops in crypto are rare.
MORPHO is one to have on everyone's watchlist
And remember... We haven't seen a full fledged bull run for the Base ecosystem yet.
When that does happen, something tells me this charts strength will REALLY begin to show
$MORPHO isn't just a project/token on Base
Coinbase literally depends on it's lending & credit utility for their in-house lending
Most still just see Morpho as a lending protocol
And while that's fundamentally what it is...
There's LEVELS to this game
And Coinbase selecting Morpho shows you just how they're on a whole other level.
Morpho provides the lending infrastructure.
Base handles settlement.
Coinbase owns the customer experience.
The variable-rate product runs on Morpho Blue.
While the newer fixed-rate option uses Morpho Midnight,
This gives borrowers a rate & repayment date agreed upfront in an automated manner.
And Morpho is already one of the largest lending networks in DeFi.
Currently Defillama has Morpho in 2nd place by active loans only behind Aave.
Aave: ~$12.36B
Morpho: ~$5.64B
Keep in mind these are active outstanding loans, not cumulative borrowing volumes.
The dashboard also shows meaningful monthly growth:
⢠$5.63B in outstanding loans, up 10.4%
⢠$16.53B in total deposits, up 6.6%
⢠$10.34B in TVL, up 4.3%
It's important to remember that Morpho themselves serve multiple chains in the DeFi landscape.
And there are multiple lending/borrowing protocols.
But how many have been HANDPICKED by Coinbase themselves for on-chain lending infrastructure?
Only Morpho.
When it comes to RWAs, most look to
LINK
XLM
ONDO
All of which I'm super bullish on
But I think $INJ is a SLEEPING GIANT here
Overdelivering yet underappreciated.
Let's break down some of what Injective has done throughout the past year
â
Official SEC Registered Transfer Agent
â
Regulated US CFTC Listing
â
Launched Injective Mint for RWAs
â
LG selecting Injective for RWAs
And it's not just the fundamentals here
But the INJ token itself is seeing some real numbers.
đĽ7 Mil burnt to date (~7% of total supply)
đĽOver 50% of circulating INJ locked & staked
This is gonna be one to watch when RWAs get serious
$MORPHO isn't just a project/token on Base

Reminder that $LINk had already partnered with SP Global in 2025
At the time it was to bring S&P's Stablecoin Stability Assessments onto Chainlink Datalink
Now we're seeing an S&P Global acquired firm also embed Chainlink's CCIPđ
Truly LINK-ing the giants of TradFi to Web3
The past few months we've already seen SWIFT & DTCC developments too
Things are moving FAST from here
LATEST: @OpenZeppelin, recently acquired by S&P Global, embeds @Chainlinkâs CCIP and compliance tools natively across its smart contract platform, creating a unified security and interoperability stack for institutional onchain operations.
Most still don't see the risk reward with $ONDO
BlackRock, SBI, DTCC & more are behind them
But price/token utility have been questionable at times
In my recent video I discussed 2 KEY points of Ondo
â
RWA Ecosystem Growth
â
My Thoughts on ONDO Token
Here's the No-BS Breakdown:
As we know Ondo had recently expanded their partnership with BlackRock via smart portfolios
In short these are tokenized portfolios managed by BlackRock and tokenized onto Ondo for market exposure of active portfolios across risk profiles
The launch of this partnership was ~2 weeks ago
Since then we've seen almost a 4x growth in these intelligent portfolios alone!
There's clear demand for what BlackRock & Ondo built
But now onto the token...
As we've mentioned the biggest FUD point for ONDO has always been on the token.
The partners always delivered and the on-chain metrics continue to show real adoption.
But nowhere does it show ONDO token actually being used in any institutional manner.
Now my question is.... How much does this ACTUALLY matter in the short-medium term?
Look at the crypto landscape over the past few years
I'd argue 80% of tokens don't actually have any form of true consistent solidified utility.
Yet often times people ignore that and buy into what the project is doing itself.
And when a token begins pumping?
9/10 times people aren't attributing that to the fact that it's because DEMAND for the token is going up
It's simply liquidity and market cycle movements.
Maybe one day we'll see utility actually drive demand and price in a meaningful manner,
But for now cases like that are few and far.
Look at previous cycle runs for different alt coins
What drove them to 5x, 10x, 20x even 50x?
It sure as hell wasn't demand for token utility.
It was that those projects were positioned in the right narratives doing the right things at the right time.
What makes ONDO any different here?
They're a clear established leader in RWAs
The demand and use of the platform continues to grow as we speak,
Those factors alone put ONDO in a pretty good spot.
Now would token utility be good to see?
ABSOLUTELY
But I'm not seeing that as a key requirement for ONDO in the short-mid term,
Rather it could be one of the strongest bullish catalysts we could see.
Because we've seen what ONDO has done without utility in former run ups.
And even most recently we'd seen a nice push on ONDO
The token utility stayed the same as today the whole time throughout those runs.
So now imagine the strength we see in ONDO when the market shifts back to RWAs... And pair that with ONDO potentially launching token utility.
THAT would be a MAJOR potential bull catalyst.
I'm seeing token utility for ONDO as rocket fuel, not the vehicle itself.
ââââ
Ondo's positioned for RWAs as well as any Web3 project could currently be.
Institutions. Partners. On-Chain Adoption.
If we don't see token utility in the short-mid term, I'm sure we'll still see growth
But if utility DOES come... Buckle the f*ck up
The past few years the #1 $ONDO FUD was token utility
Partnerships always delivering
On-chain metrics shows utility
But what about the token?
I'll be sharing my 100% unfiltered thoughts on this soon
Some of you will hate it
Some of you will love it
But it's my NoBS honest thoughts on the entire Ondo ecosystem & ONDO token itself.
COMING TOMORROW
When it comes to pure utility in DeFi...
I truly believe $AERO should be a NO BRAINER
And with the upcoming Velodrome merger... I truly believe that we're just getting started
Here's a few reasons as to why I remain so bullish on the Aerodrome ecosystem
One of the most slept on metrics in Web3 is revenue
Yet this is a KEY factors in looking at TradFi valuations
While crypto is different from stocks...
Revenue is revenue
And for $AERO ?
Currently higher 30 Day, YTD & LIFETIME revenue than ANY other spot exchangesđ¤Ż
The numbers speak for themselves.
I recently dropped some on chain metrics for $AERO
From being the "Home Base for Base Chain"
To metrics like 50% of AERO locked, 344K monthly active users & more.
Aerodrome's already proving themselves
And it seems they're only getting started
xitter.cf/noBScrypto/status/2110âŚ
Most EVM L1s have a native token
Base Chain doesn't
There have been talks of speculation, but for now...
One token is drives Base
That token is $AERO
And it's not just the token, but Aerodrome's been powering Base ecosystem for a minute
Look at the past 30 days alone:
⢠$13.32B in trading volume
⢠$8.36M in fees
⢠$7.92M in protocol revenue
⢠$413M in Total Value Locked
⢠344,000 monthly active users
Pair all of this with staking incentives for governance via veAERO & the team buying back tokens...
As a result we're seeing nearly 50% of AERO's existing token supply locked.
To understand Aerodrome's significance, we first need to look at the broader Base ecosystem.
Base has established itself as one of Ethereum's most important Layer 2 networks
It provides true DeFi infrastructure at scale from DEXs, lending, stablecoins, RWAs & more.
They all share ONE fundamental requirement
LIQUIDITY
This is where Aerodrome comes into play.
They're not simply competing to become another decentralized exchange,
Aerodrome has positioned itself as the central liquidity marketplace for Base.
And when we examine the actual numbers, it's clear how significant that position has become.
According to Token Terminal, decentralized exchanges across Base processed approximately $27.26 BILLION in trading volume over the past 30 days.
Of that amount, Aerodrome alone accounted for $13.32 BILLION.
That's approximately 48.9% of ALL DEX trading volume on Base.
For comparison, Uniswap held a 32% share, while PancakeSwap held a 11% share.
These three exchanges collectively accounted for over 92% of Base's decentralized trading volume.
And this dominance isn't limited to a single month.
During the previous 30-day period, Aerodrome processed approximately $11.6 BILLION in trading volume.
But trading volume only tells part of the story.
The other core aspect to Aerodrome is the unique economic activity generated thru it's own liquidity.
Over the past 30 days, Aerodrome recorded ~$8.36M in fees and $7.92M in reported protocol revenue.
That's a revenue to fee ratio of ~94.7%.
Let's add some perspective,
Token Terminal currently ranks Aerodrome among the TOP 5 DEXs s by reported revenue in the past 30 days.
And #16 among 162 decentralized applications across its broader revenue rankings.
âââââ
When it comes to true on-chain metrics...
Aerodrome is certainly a project to keep a close eye on
They've already got the narrative as being a key infrastructure player on the Base ecosystem.
And unlike most projects... They got more than narrative
The numbers clearly back up what they're touting.
I'm expecting DeFi to make a huge surge at some point.
AERO's as well positioned as any when the time comes
