But past statements answer these questions. A 1907 article titled “The University of Michigan Once Owned One-Half of Toledo” appeared in the Toledo Evening Press. Albert Everett Macomber, a graduate of U-M’s law school who moved to Toledo, wrote the piece. @noahdwing

Others love the Detroit Lions. Ever since the Toledo War, the Glass City has always been in-between two worlds. Every Michigan vs. Ohio State watch party is a house divided. The Toledo War began because of a contradiction between the law and the maps of the time. @noahdwing

Worshipped with the saints @ Stranmillis Pres this Lord's Day. They were hospitable, welcoming, & exuded true religion. Last week was with New Life Fellowship (RP). I would say the same things for them. That congregation loved the sick & weak among them. Ulster has hope.

Pastor Piper once said having children was a "natural law issue" and differentiated it from a Kingdom issue, which would be missions. And children obviously get in the way of those. Aren't children a Kingdom issue? Aren't we to be like children to enter the Kingdom?

Through some time in study, I can confirm the math doesn't add up. 26+6 certainly does not equal 1.

In 1920, the only wine growers that survived in Monroe County were those that supplied Welch’s and other grape juice manufacturers. But Prohibition soon ended and some wine production was still around. All across Michigan, sweet wine was the norm until American Soldiers returned from World War II and had a hankering for drier wines. Many of the wineries didn’t adapt to the new taste. Most closed. @noahdwing

The rich soil here once made Monroe County the highest producer of grapes in Michigan. But now the baton has passed to the Old Mission Peninsula, Cheboygan, and West Michigan. This discovery bothered me. I have no problem with the rest of Michigan producing wine, but why did we throw our heritage away? @noahdwing
