Compassion International’s own AI tool flagged 25,810 suspected grooming cases in letters sponsors wrote to children. A whistleblower who helped build the tool says @compassion still has no process for canceling those sponsors.

Any church that makes pithy excuses to allow a child sex offender to attend their church (where children are present) is an unsafe church.
Convicted child sex offenders shouldn't be allowed to attend church, let alone serve as ushers.
That may sound like a hard line. But I remember interviewing a psychologist who noted that when pedophiles are around children, they're molesting them in their minds.
And then there are those like Raul Feliciano, who use whatever opening they get as an opportunity to sexually assault children again. This must stop.

They are all following the same script-100% participation, one fund, tap into investments, savings, maybe sell your home & donate proceeds? This is a black eye on the church.
.@WillowCreekCC is asking congregants for $100 million over two years, with participation from 100% of members. Senior Pastor Shawn Williams held up the people who took out second mortgages to fund the church's first building in 1977 as models of faith.
More than half the money would go to the church's general operating budget.

Christian leaders who demonize empathy should not be surprised when their followers embrace cruelty.
JHow’s buddy - a bazillion yikes
Grace City Church Pastor Josh McPherson, famous for calling empathy a sin, headlined a white Christian nationalist rally in Washington state’s capital of Olympia on Saturday, where he appeared wipe a booger on his pants during his speech. open.substack.com/pub/domini…

It's amazing how much flak whistleblowers get for exposing evil in the Church, while "pastors" who practice evil are defended.
That one guy who defends problematic pastors…

Nobody REALLY knows where the $$ will go.

Both want well over 200 mil hard earned dollars from their congregants, but neither are planning to be transparent as to where that enormous amount of money is going? I feel like it would be irresponsible of me to dump what God has given me into a huge ambiguous fund.
ICYMI - churches can use capital campaign pledges to secure financing for future loans. It’s called ‘Pledge-Backed Financing’ or a ‘Capital Campaign Bridge Loan’
THAT’S why churches push so hard for the 2-3 yr commitments. It’s not a generosity campaign-it’s a business strategy.
How is this real life? The grifters syncing up to emotionally manipulate their giving units out of a combined $440 million.
They’re not even hiding it anymore. One of these One Funds looks just like the other One Fund.

I double-dog dare you to ask your church what they spent on a consulting firm for their ‘capital campaign’. All paid with tithe dollars, of course.

I collaborated with Pablo Torre and Kiera Butler in their latest reporting on Tim Tebow & the Life Surge Christian finance scam...
I went to the Charlotte event a couple of weeks ago, and what I witnessed was exploitative to say the least. Check it out...
