According to reports from the scene, Noah is reportedly partly deaf, non-verbal and autistic.
Hundreds of people in the area are currently looking for him.
DK-9 Search and Rescue unit was also called out to the search for Noah.
Darren Debenham, of DK-9, said he had received 148 calls from members of the public about Noah.
He said he will be aiding police, coastguard, and whoever else is there in the search.
Anyone who believes they have seen Noah is urged to contact Suffolk Police, quoting CAD 203 of September 15.

Noah was last seen at approximately 3pm this afternoon, Tuesday 15 September, when he became separated from a relative after visiting the playground in Merriam Close.
Noah is reported to have run off down the alleyway beside the playground towards the new build housing estate.
Noah is described as white, with curly ginger hair. He is wearing a white Bluey t-shirt, shorts and white trainers.
Emergency services are currently in Brantham conducting searches. Residents in the area are asked to check their gardens, sheds and outbuildings.
