If you don’t believe me saying it’s a choice to ship vulnerable shit, then listen to Cassie saying it
ok, with even binance fucking up, i think i need to write an accompanying hot wallet version of this teapawt.org/cass_on_mars/status/18… gonna call it "how to hot wallet infra without hot potato-ing your insurance fund"

Correct
Claude is pretty useless when the code you're trying to write has never been written before.

You can choose technology for marketing reasons or you can choose it for functional reasons. I run an isomorphic stack on rust because there is a chance to manage the agent onslaught. I'm sure you could build a solution in JS or whatever, but i don't want to think about that one if i don't have to

It’s a personalized graph which can also network to enable a social graph and in this case it’s a privacy preserving design The unique part is you bring your account with you everywhere, and the account happens to be a vault which is agent native. So it’s a personalization graph that’s privacy preserving and agent native. Is there any word salad left?

Pipeline v2 base design. Informed off of about 850 versions and 14k commits with a doubling in my commit rate over the past 90 days to 75/day. The dependency graph crosses 35 projects and around 500k loc to do it (madness) graphs graphs everywhere

if you have never started a company and put everything in the line stop giving advice to people who are doing it its a singularity, you literally have no idea what is going on if you take a paycheck start asking questions instead

Forget reporting failures to your agent, just have the agent drive through the product and experience the errors so they can file and fix it

The privacy is so good in this design that I can’t figure what the fuck anything is

All the account and login systems were built pre-ai, interesting… What do you think account with 30,000 hours of dev time works like? What do you think the options are when the login system has gone through a decade of iteration in 12 months? Your money could move so much easier and not leak your data at the same time. Agents could do things for you and you don’t have to worry about them going rogue.

what if your graph was so personalized that it was the superset of all your digital online data? held in your custody, shaped on a forward looking basis to you and your imagination

There have been tons of new things this year thanks to ai, but ai itself has changed very little this year, unbeknownst to marketing of course. Most of the years ai innovation has been years-old research applied at production scales or glorified if/else loops

Having an agent ask me if it’s ok for it to use the browser first is just another version of asking me to approve cookies

Why don’t hoarders do junk removal as a service? You’d think they would gravitate towards jobs like that

Time for your days technical challenge: New builders, you will be tempted to create a shortcut that auto loads forms for you during testing. If you do this you will gas light yourself. Fill the forms, don’t automate past it ;)

The black mirror that wasn’t dystopian was the one where the social network that appears to be built with privacy preserving tech will make you invisible to everyone. What black mirror didn’t show was that scene was the end of dystopia, everything gets better after that

If you want to build things that change correctly, you must first make them immutable
