Chance encounters at sea are a thing of beauty, especially when you get the opportunity to support your #NATO Allies with a little ⛽. Fair winds and following seas to #DESRON22 #ReadytoHelp @RCN_MARLANT @HighSeasSkipper #ddg75 #ddg57

Flags are a means of communication between Ships, and sometimes when you #RAS with foreign Navies, you just got to be a bit Canadian, eh!
It's a great day when you get to recognize and celebrate our sailors! Congratulations to a newly minted S2 Smith, MS Van Dine and PO2 Darbison! And a big thank you to the newly appointed #Sentinels #ReadytoLead #ReadytoHelp

After 31 years of dedicated, continuous and often humorous service, CPO2 Pink, our Chief Boatswain Mate will retire from the RCN. Today, @MV_Asterix's Master honoured him with their flag, a true gesture of mariner friendship.
A great sailor doing great things!
