Things took a different turn, and it got me thinking about how we’ve come to associate education with western clothing. There’s something beautiful about celebrating an academic milestone in a way that also reflects who we are and where we come from.

In this country, I prefer to live closer to work and pay more for rent/mortgage then live in one village because of cheaper house and get stuck in traffic 1 hr everyday. Time is money. Cheap is not always smart.

This morning, @nsidaniel11 finished as a runner-up in the ACEP Drop the Mic competition. Of the 27 selected physicians in the competition, she was the only resident, the rest were all seasoned faculty. This is an incredible honor for her to even be selected to present as a resident, let alone for her to finish in the top 3, an unprecedented achievement as a resident.
