Think adding extra #mortgage payments scales linearly? Think again. • 1 extra payment/yr = 6 years saved • 2 extra payments/yr = 9.5 years saved • 3 extra payments/yr = 12 years saved #CompoundInterest math is a curve, not a straight line! 🏠📊

Get an adjoining suite. It is still less botheration than an Airbnb.

Blame the metrics by which professors are measured. We have had so much change around us but academia has been stuck in same old metrics for fifty years. Why. Because the old metrics work so well for top schools and everyone wants to be a top school.

Voting No will make them spend even more. While they are at it, they will stack local sales taxes also.

Georgia is behind in many ways. You just started the Save Our Homes Act!

This guy keeps talking about the tax shift. Let it be through millage. The working class and long term residents need a long deserved break. Just seeing how much the salaries have increased of sheriffs and comparing that to state workers makes my head spin.

Decline the invitation. Call them for a nice evening at your home a few months later and give them a nice wedding gift. They will remember that more.

Follow the money. People need to look at their self interests first but need to look at others’ interests also. The latter is lacking. Vote Yes on amendment 3 - we will have thoughtful spending, not a runaway one.

Got to include cleaning the walls, equipment, supplies, insurance fees, a decent living, etc in all that. Do it yourself and it will take time.

Still don’t understand how on a vacation people can enjoy themselves staying in an Airbnb with all that fine print. Get a hotel. Get a suite. Anything is better.

I have no idea why the state would make a contract with such a private company. A 2% for bank and a 4% for CC transaction seems fair. Something is not walking like a duck.

Donalds is winning by 5 points. Where do you get your numbers from.

Voting Yes on Amendment 3 but state workers pay is pittance as compared to other large states. Lowering state budget has come with a lot of collateral damage.

Urgent care is the best business to have. Send people to ER for CYA and charge a few hundred dollars for zero care.

The math ain’t mathing. Is anybody seeing that. This is a made up receipt. Amendment 3 - vote YES. They can always increase the millage. Give long term residents and middle class people a break.

Not a good idea. Your idea of getting rid of social security and Medicare is.

The factoid also considered the people who got remarried several times. The drop in divorces also is even more if both in the couple were living independently before marriage with no financial dependence on others.

The system is rigged but you got to come up a better system where it is not just another Mafia!

Have you come across the rogue Wikipedia editors. It will be the same there. It will become a mafia. Why would anyone review for free.
