A No Fly Zone, west of the Dnieper River would provide safety for IPDs and send a message to Putin. Managing defence & resistance is a Ukrainian government task and can only be assisted, without playing into🇷🇺 hands, if a substantial part of 🇺🇦 remains under government control.
