My friend and HERO Charles Cooper.
Charles Cooper of the Washington, D.C. law firm Cooper & Kirk stood up in federal court for Florida and told the judge the plain truth: Florida views CAIR as “Hamas’ largest charitable front.”
Hamas is a U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organization. Cooper said it with no euphemisms and no “civil rights” deflection. That is the position no other lawyer in this fight has put on the record so clearly.
Now look at the result.
CAIR-Florida has suspended operations. A neon orange sign on the window of their longtime Temple Terrace office (the one they’ve had for more than 20 years near Tampa) reads:
“We have suspended our operations in Florida because of Governor DeSantis and other state officials’ baseless and unconstitutional enforcement of the state’s unprecedented new ‘domestic terrorist organization’ laws against us.”
The shutdown follows Florida’s designation of CAIR under the new 2026 law. Donations are harder, student affiliation is riskier, and continued operations in the state have become untenable. CAIR’s own website has told Florida residents not to engage with them.
This is the latest development in the nearly year-long battle between CAIR and Governor DeSantis. CAIR has sued and sought injunctions. Florida has continued forward.
HERO Charles Cooper has been the one in court making the state’s case without flinching.
Governor Ron DeSantis drove this from the start. He signed the 2026 law, approved the designation, and refused to back down. Attorney General James Uthmeier has stood with him and supported the enforcement that forced CAIR-Florida to act.
Florida drew a line. CAIR-Florida has now suspended operations. The infrastructure that has operated openly for decades in the state has been forced to stop.
Thank you, Charles Cooper - for delivering one of the most consequential blows in history to this group and for saying the quiet part out loud in court.

⚠️PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION, FLORIDA - This is the same Temple Terrace neighborhood where CAIR just suspended operations. It is the longtime base of Magda Elkadi Saleh, daughter of Ahmed Elkadi, a senior U.S. Muslim Brotherhood figure whose own father worked closely with Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna. She has built and led a network of Tampa Islamic schools, including the rebranded continuation of the Islamic Academy of Florida tied to Sami Al-Arian, Bayaan Academy, and Hifz Academy. Those schools have collectively pulled in roughly $18 million in Florida taxpayer-funded vouchers. She also serves as president of the Muslim-led resettlement agency Radiant Hands and was publicly honored at Temple Terrace City Hall with a Ramadan proclamation before requesting a formal “partnership” with the city.)
So America THIS is what happens when a red state finally draws a line.

I’ve been saying this for years: CAIR is not a civil-rights group. It is a Hamas-linked, Muslim Brotherhood political machine. Unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror-financing trial. Foreign money. Lawfare. Mosque networks turned into political infrastructure. Super PACs. School infiltration. Parallel societies. The same playbook Nihad Awad and the founders laid out.
Florida designated them. Texas designated them. The law makes donations harder and student ties dangerous. And now the Florida chapter is suspending operations.
This is progress. YOU did this by amplifying the evidence and refusing to stay silent.
But do NOT treat this as the finish line. A state designation is not a national ban. Networks do not vanish overnight. Brotherhood-linked operators are still fundraising, litigating, recruiting, and expanding elsewhere. Other red states are still quiet.

An alert poll worker in Michigan has detected a Wi Fi signal prior to closure of the polls that appears to be connected to a foreign Wi Fi device inside a tabulator. Only way to know for sure is to conduct a Physical Configuration Audit and a review of event logs for all tabulators in use to support our elections. The discovery raises immediate red flags about the security of the counting process.
There are no EAC certified tabulator configurations in use in Michigan which include internal modems hidden within the chassis and typically installed on the motherboard. Why is this concerning. Remote access to tabulators opens the door to election fraud mechanisms including advanced intel on results before polls close so fraudsters can order ballots to fill deficits, direct manipulation of vote tallies, and direct manipulation of ballot images. Plus it violates the chain of custody for election results.
Michigan voters deserve answers right now. The signal detected by the poll worker cannot be ignored. Officials must open every tabulator for inspection and release the logs before any final certification. Anything less leaves the integrity of the election in question.
