Okay, now that THAT is over with… My mom passed away six months ago. I am not dealing with it well. I’ve been finding ways to stay busy in the hope of being distracted (referendum, anyone?), but I’m taking a Twitter break to get myself right. I miss her. SO much. ALL the time.

Spoke with Canadian Blood Services. I’m told there is no emergency blood drive currently in Wainwright but they are taking appointments starting Tuesday in Edmonton. There has been an outpouring of support to offer blood and O positive and O negative blood is the most versatile and in high demand.
