Bernie, AOC, Mamdani and more have all said they'll vote for Jeffries as speaker. Hakeem won't bring up a vote for Medicare for All or anything pro-Palestine, just like Pelosi wouldn't after the diddly Squad unnecessarily voted her in as speaker when they had leverage. A Wall Street and AIPAC stooge, why would Hakeem bring up ANY progressive legislation for a vote? There has to be a path of success for issues like Med 4 All which Bernie, AOC, Abdul, etc, have popularized. With Jeffries as speaker, there is no path, unless you're aware of a legislative procedure which I'm not. So the Dem-aligned progressives run on a popular issue, which Bernie and AOC helped popularize, yet now they're sabotaging it by supporting Jeffries? How could we say that any elected who pre-committed their vote to Jeffries is fighting for Med 4 All or for Palestine? I salute the Dems senators like Abdul and Troy Jackson who at least said they wouldn't support Schumer. Chuck's the worst part of the Dem party, yet they're leading it...
