Still not out of the woods, but I can see the path out.
It aint easy, but Im so lucky with My J and my mates, they look after me so well. Oh and you lovely lot on here too.

Am in a bad flare, what this means:
Severe pain,movement hurts so much
Fatigue;absolutely beat
Bed bound,can't get up
Thirsty,drink seems mile away
Cold,shivering and clutching a pilow
Did I mention pain

Todays pain update
Sweat, sweaty and sweating is how my pain has decided it is going to manifest itself today
On a more positive note my stomach has started to feel more manageable since the botox injections
Back still rough, and back on me diet after the holiday 👀

I used two bags while away, found four in a zip pocket of the suitcase. That makes me probably the only person to come back with more bags than I packed going away.
I tell you, it could only be me 👀👀😂
The 10 year thing is playing havoc with me. Every night going to bed I'm getting a fear of not waking up which is causing me to have panic attacks. Then tablets kick in and I get about 4 hrs of sleep but with night terrors present.
Mental sometimes as hard as physical 👊
Today is 10 years to the day that my aortic artery ruptured inside my abdomen. We ddnt plan on being away but it feels right. I've had to fight everyday since October 16th 2016, but I've had this amazing lady next me, without her I do not know whether I would have made it.
Bag out, (stoma is always swollen like that).
Do I feel conscious, yep
Do I think people stare, yep
Do I care, it depends (it is getting easier)
Thing is just because Im on holiday my pain dont miraculously disappear Same pain, different scenery. Just hotter with it. 😂☀️

Autumn has finally become autumnal. Back for round two to get my slides done for tomorrow's tutorial. Round one had to be cancelled this morning due to eye ball pain 👀(see previous tweet) 😂😂
