And another thing .. The proposed USA trade deal.. Pressy Trump may not still be in the White House

Can somebody explain why Pressy Putin's alleged interference in a sovereign country's politics is different from Pressy Trump trying to interfere in Brit politics?

Anybody know who did this? I know where it is but by who is a different question.
