I was at Ally Pally for the darts today.. I had conversation with another dad that absolutely broke me, a year on from him losing his daughter. Perspective hits hard sometimes. Some things are bigger than darts. Wish I could message him thinking of ya mate x

You never really know what someone’s going through behind closed doors… and sometimes the smallest message or call can make the biggest difference x I wrote Chin Up because I’ve been that mate who needed a hand, and I’ve also been the mate who wants to help. This song is just me saying: I’m here. If you’re struggling, please talk to someone. And if you’ve got a mate on your mind, check in on them. You never know how much they might need it 💚

Been busy doing all these personally signed albums with the messages you’re submitting today! Orders close tomorrow at 12pm so get them while ya can‼️ banquetrecords.com/olly-murs…

Last night wasn’t an album launch… it was my retirement party apparently 🤣🍻 A proper full-on knees-up with Team Murs, the writers, my label and of course you legends! What a way to celebrate OM8 💚 Few pints, bit of karaoke, darts and a lovely cake! what a send off 🤧

Listen to Knees Up on @AppleMusic! apple.co/3XEVoCE

Knees Up era begins TODAY and I'm kicking off with a cheeky dump 🤣🤪🍻

Only one more sleep till Knees Up is out! 😜 I think you all deserve a little treat 🎁 so here's an acoustic version of Love = Madness. It’s one of my favourite songs off the album which I wrote about my darlin wife Amelia, with the legends Ed and James.

Mad to think Run This Town was written 15 years ago… and somehow feels brand new on this record. Can’t wait for you legends to hear the whole album 🤍 Knees Up is out THIS FRIDAY!! 🤯🤯
