i feel like Visceral never got the flowers it deserved. it's been over 8 years and the production and composition is still incredible. this album was years ahead of its time. never heard anything like it.

"Wasting time" might be one of the strangest accusations we've ever invented. Apparently you can waste 2:00 p.m. by sitting under a tree doing nothing. The afternoon was going to pass either way. The Earth was going to rotate either way. But because you didn't convert those hours into money, errands or improvement, we decided the time itself was wasted. As if simply being alive isn't enough to justify an afternoon.

I like this theory a lot better because it makes me sound like a cool, vigilant, nocturnal ranger instead of a disordered imbecile
Fun fact, the Night Watchman hypothesis of ADHD states that ADHD people have later circadian rhythms and have traits that are helpful in emergencies because some proportion of people needed to be up late, alert, protecting the group. In other words, ADHD may be an evolutionary adaptation.
