It’s a rarity that I order steak at a restaurant, but the Arrowhead Grill in Glendale AZ is as good as it gets.
Delmonico steak cooked rare with frites, and a calamari appetizer.

Day 2 in NY - after a morning walk, a drive about 90 min north for a whisky tasting and distillery tour, followed by a visit to a winery for lunch. Not a whisky fan but the experience was great! Lunch and the wine were really good as well.
A little of this, a bit of that, and several dashes of @DadsSeasonings Italian for added flavor.

First attempt at all-indirect on the Weber. Did not disappoint - still lots to learn.
Brined turkey breast, then some @DadsSeasonings Lemon Pepper. On the kettle for about 75 mins.
Potatoes on the cast iron, cooked in last nights bacon/beef fat.

Last week I posted the unfortunate news that I ran out of beef. Too hot to have any shipped, but my man @HHolliger told be about this local shop in PHX called ‘Block and Apron’ - so I have a small stock. The ribeye was good!
