Last night, I heard Israeli Ambassador Yechiel Leiter speak to a crowd under a rain-soaked tent on a farm on Martha's Vineyard. I was struck by his intelligence and moral clarity. He knew exactly what his country had to do. He was unlike almost any public official I've met. /1

Here is an important reminder - Under the laws of war (be it an IAC or NIAC), civilians are protected unless and for such time as they take a direct part in hostilities. That includes taking up arms, transporting weapons, gathering intel, acting as lookouts—or voluntarily shielding fighters. Protection ends the moment participation begins. You can have your own opinions, but not your own facts.

Regardless of one’s opinion of Musk, this is a great strategy for further alienating center right and center left Americans and losing federal elections.
Rep. @AOC: Elon Musk is not a scientist. He is not an engineer. He is a billionaire con man with a lot of money 🔥

The Massachusetts Teachers Association teaches children to hate Jews. The MTA generated a document titled “Resources on Israel and Occupied Palestine” and made it available to MTA members in late 2024. The union represents 117,000 teachers, faculty, professional staff, and education support professionals in Massachusetts. Consider the following exchange between @RepSimonCataldo and the MTA president. Rep. Cataldo: “You’d agree that this is antisemitic imagery, correct?” MTA president: “I’m not gonna evaluate that.” Rep. Cataldo: “It’s a dollar bill folded up in the Star of David. Is it antisemitic?” MTA president: … Rep. Cataldo: “I think you nodded your head yes.” MTA president: “I know you’d like to— I understand the back and forth, which is you’re trying to get away from the central point, which is that we provide imagery, we provide resources for our members to consider, in their own intelligent, professional way.” Rep. Cataldo: “And it’s antisemitic.” There are 26 more exhibits like this. No wonder so many students harbor antisemitic beliefs by the time they reach college.

Let’s just say the quiet part out loud, certain Americans are indeed above the law and influence is always for sale. It’s time for the exhausted majority to condemn and confront legalized corruption.

I know the big news is the resignation (not firing) of @Columbia's president, but it's important to remember that antisemitism at the university runs deep and is perpetuated by indoctrinating professors. A thread, in which I name names:

Hey @realDonaldTrump @SenSchumer is lying. He tweets the same lies every few months. He’s been grandstanding and virtue signaling on this issue for years. He hates cannabis but lies for cannabis consumers votes. Please expose him🙏🙏 #ChuckSchumerHatesCannabis
I remain strongly committed to continuing to work on legislation. Congress must do everything we can to end the federal prohibition on cannabis and address longstanding harms caused by the War on Drugs.

Exactly!
OMG. This video. Every single word of Daniel Ryan-Spaulding is 💯 “THIS IS A TAKEDOWN. OF THE WEST.” ‘It’s not ignorance. It’s a planned IRGC 🇮🇷 distortion of basic principles in The West including cause and effect- through 20 years of heavy propaganda and brainwashing.‘

Wait, what?!?! The Court stated that the plaintiffs have raised “persuasive reasons for a reexamination of the way the Controlled Substances Act (‘CSA’) regulates marijuana” and the Court specifically stated that “Plaintiffs can pursue their claims and seek the attention of the Supreme Court.”
One step closer to SCOTUS 🙏

This is worth a read.
Every saturday morning for the last 6 years, I watch this obscure video. It's Jeff Bezos talking about leadership, but really, it's the most succinct blueprint for how to achieve greatness I have ever found. You should watch it often, but I summarized it here: (thread, sry)

If you resent me for the audacity to challenge Joe Biden, at least you’ll appreciate how relatively strong I’m making him look among primary voters! 💪

The fundamental axiomatic flaw of the “Anti-Woke” mind is that it allows groups with historical power to play the victim by taking anecdotal examples and packaging them into a conjured, conspiratorial ideology that threatens to upend the power structure they have been dependent on. Historically, progress has been made in our democratic society, by those with power and resources innovating in ways that can not only benefit them personally , but also lift and support those who need it most, knowing it will make us all stronger and better able to contribute to improving the standards of living and quality of life in our country Where we are at risk is that we are forgetting how to listen and accept who and what we may disagree with. It’s easy for us to tweet. It’s easy for us to condemn. Just as I have just done in this tweet. It’s become really hard for us to not take sides. It’s become harder for us to try to find common ground and work together to find solutions that make our weakest stronger and our strongest confident enough to not feel threatened by change Which is where we need to get to @elonmusk you have a personal platform that can bring people together or push them apart. Which do you choose ?
Replying to @growing_daniel
The fundamental axiomatic flaw of the woke mind virus is that the weaker party is always right (even if they want you to die). For most of history, the operating principle was that might makes right. As we became more civilized, we started to consider right in the absolute. This is sensible.

Some public service announcements. - Starting a war and losing doesn’t make you a victim. - Self defense against a brutal, savage, and barbaric enemy isn’t genocide. - Siding with the weaker side even though they started the war in the most atrocious way imaginable doesn’t make you compassionate or moral. Quite the contrary. - Fighting for human rights only when the victim isn’t Jewish doesn’t make you a human rights activist. It makes you an antisemite. - Denying events that were documented and proven because you think they were somehow justified makes you a liar. - Someone who murders, rapes, burns, and kidnaps innocent people is not a freedom fighter. You spelled terrorist wrong. - If you think rape or burning a family alive is ever justified under any circumstances, you are morally bankrupt. - If you chant ‘Believe all women’, but refuse to believe Jewish women, you’re not a feminist or a women’s rights activist, you’re a Jew hater. - If you support Hamas, you’re not progressive or liberal. You are a fundamentalist and an extremist. - If you think an Arab state of Palestine ever existed, you’re fabricating history. And finally, if you think this war is about a state, if you think giving them land will satisfy them, then you are ignoring the many times that they had a chance for a state and rejected them. If you think Hamas and Hamas supporters want anything less than every single inch of Israel, and every single Jew dead, you’re not paying attention, which makes you an ignorant fool.

Zionism is a progressive cause that had the misfortune of success. As such, it is maligned for its very success in self-transforming victims into sovereigns, now cast as "privilege". But isn't the very goal of "progress" in progressive to move away from victim to self-possessed?

Serious question, @MalcolmNance: Do you intend to discover why I ran for Congress after the 2016 disaster, and how we flipped a red seat blue for the first time since 1958 with a 26 point swing? By August, I’ll support whomever the data shows is best positioned to defeat Trump. Will you do the same?
Serious Question @deanbphillips : Do you intend to support and vote for the Democratic nominee if it’s @POTUS? Or do you intend to vote for Trump by sitting this one out or writing in your own name on a ballot smudged by your tears … in crayon?

People like him restore my faith in humanity. Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, has announced plans to air $7 million ‘Stand Up to Jewish Hate’ commercials during this Sunday’s Super Bowl. The ads will be narrated by Dr. Clarence Jones, the speechwriter for Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech. The ads call on viewers to stand up against antisemitism, particularly amidst the hostility towards Israel and Jews in American universities during the Gaza war. Light in the darkness ❤️

1/13 Having just spent a week in Israel, I offer a few thoughts As graphic as the internet images of the Oct. 7 attack are, one cannot truly appreciate the depravity of those who assaulted Israel without seeing it firsthand Seen many bad things in my life, but nothing like this
