We have finally moved away from the 1920s colonial cram and pass education system. The New curriculum was supposed to give us innovators, not just memorizers.
But let's be honest, how do you teach competency based education in a school with no computers, no electricity and 100 students in one classroom?
We changed the books but we didn't change the Poverty. We are asking teachers to produce 21st century learners using 19th century tools. Is this a real reform or are we just experimenting with our children's futures?
