Leaving twitter and the dangerous and deranged owner and fellow tramplers of peoples rights, the environment & US democracy.
I just wrote a letter to my local MP asking them to give nature needs a fair go. Write one here: 30by30.org.au/tell-your-mp-n…
I just did something to ensure Australia has a better plan to protect our nature.
Please do the same here: 30by30.org.au/roadmap/?sourc…

This death toll is an underestimate, too.
There are Palestinians - individuals, or in groups - being killed with no one to officially report them.
There's those dying avoidably - think cancer, or heart issues - because the medical system has been destroyed.
Channel 7: Hang your heads in shame. It is now a fact at law that you harboured a rapist.
You gave him a national platform to smear his rape victim.
What message did that send his victim?
What message did it send EVERY other rape victim in this country?

In a housing crisis, we need more public housing.
But the Labor Government plans to demolish 44 towers and displace over 10,000 residents.
Come to the State Library at 1pm tomorrow to rally against the project.
Together we can save public housing in Victoria.

Life in the Gaza Strip right now is an unimaginable nightmare, as the result of a deliberate Israeli policy. Millions of residents are dangerously overcrowded in inhuman conditions – without water, food, medicine or fuel – and hospitals that have collapsed. >

BREAKING: Israel just killed two Lebanese journalists right after they completed their live broadcast from South Lebanon: Farah Omar, Al-Mayadeen correspondent, and cameraman Rabih Me’mari.
Israel is deliberately targeting journalists in Gaza and Lebanon.
This is a war on those who report the truth.

The No Campaign has nothing to offer but fear & anger. They offer no solutions, no pathway forward. They always take the low road, the tricky political road that takes us nowhere.

Dutton’s No campaign is about lies to create fear. We asap need my Stop the Lies bill to stop lies in political advertising. The govt failed to support it for the referendum but has committed to it by the end of the year. #stopthelies #fearandsmear #auspol theguardian.com/australia-ne…

Today my team was contacted by an 81yo gentleman verbally abused while carrying his ‘Yes’ sign home.
‘Yes’ signs in Kooyong have been stolen or defaced with racist slogans.
We’re being barraged with text messages from Jacinta Price.
Our response?
We’re voting *Yes.*

It’s very clear that the large Australian political parties are susceptible and reactive to pressure from the fossil fuel companies.
We need more transparency in government - and more limits on the actions of lobbyists. abc.net.au/news/2023-09-10/m…
