If WWDC goes back to an in person event, labs should remain virtual and available to everyone. The opportunity to meet with an Apple engineer to discuss a problem shouldn't just be given to those with the means and time to attend WWDC in person.

The Swift compiler can now implicitly insert initializers to convert between CGFloat and Double, which is going to make many APIs (not least SwiftUI) so much nicer!

The lack of progress on Mac App Store issues (from 6 years ago) is a tragedy. Apple should dogfood the real-world development stack (notarisation, package managers, third-party CI hosting, CD pipelines, App Store review, etc). Shouldn’t need surveys for the blatantly obvious.

I've spent days trying to figure out why Xcode would crash after archiving a new version of Scribble. It wasn't App Clips, Xcode Beta, or Cocoapods.
It turns out, Xcode can only handle 255 archives so the 256th will cause it to crash. 🤦♂️
I think I'm ready to retire.
