Also reclamation of a slur means changing the negative meaning and using it as a method of empowerment within your community. If you're using the r-slur as a slur or insult you aren't reclaiming it and it doesnt matter if you "can say it", you're still using it as a slur.

Also the r word isn’t about neurodivergent people. It was a diagnosis for people with intellectual disabilities, not neurodevelopmental disabilities so it isn’t even for autistic and ADHers to claim! It’s up to people with ID to reclaim and most of them don’t want to!
