Sections show mature pancreatic tissue composed of well-formed pancreatic acini, ducts, within the transverse mesocolon, consistent with pancreatic heterotopia. No cytologic atypia or malignancy is identified.

Sections show a duct distended and completely filled by high-grade atypical epithelial cells with marked nuclear pleomorphism. Central comedo-type necrosis is present. No definite stromal invasion is identified in the examined sections.
High grade DCIS with comedo necrosis.
Tracheal sampling on thyroid FNAC refers to accidental aspiration of tracheal mucosal cells during needle passage, especially when the thyroid nodule is close to the trachea. Smears may show benign ciliated columnar epithelial cells, mucus, and occasional squamous cells.
Skin biopsy shows a markedly dilated follicular infundibulum filled with laminated keratin and lined by acanthotic stratified squamous epithelium with radiating epithelial projections into the surrounding dermis, consistent with a dilated pore of Winer.

Leser–Trélat sign is the sudden appearance or rapid increase in number and size of multiple seborrhoeic keratoses, often with itching. It is considered a rare paraneoplastic sign, classically associated with internal malignancy, especially gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma.
Scar endometriosis is the presence of endometrial glands and stroma within a surgical scar, most commonly following cesarean section or gynecological surgery. Patients typically present with a painful scar nodule that may increase in size and tenderness during menstruation.
Complex sclerosing lesion (radial scar):
A benign proliferative breast lesion characterized by a central fibroelastotic scar with radiating ducts and lobules, often showing varying degrees of epithelial hyperplasia, adenosis, and cystic change. It may mimick carcinoma.
Rectal mucinous carcinoma with signet ring cell features in a young male.

Pitfall alert: This AE1/AE3 IHC from scalene nodes highlights scattered stromal/dendritic-appearing cells without convincing cytokeratin-positive metastatic epithelial deposits.
It may give rise to false positive interpretation of micrometastasis of carcinoma.
