Ireland's Sarah McCormack finishing an outstanding 5th in Sierre-Zinal in Switzerland this morning, easily the world's biggest mountain race but because it's not track and field @irishathletics and the Irish media probably won't acknowledge it! #timeforchange

Congratulations to John Kelly and his support team on a new Wainwright round record of just over 5 days 12 hours. Breaking the previous record by nearly 12 hours. His family ran in with him and a large crowd in Keswick cheered him in.
