It rhymes with "scampi". Big nerd. Occasionally funny. Doesn't play well with bigots. Your husband is in my DMs. We're planning your next big gift.

Added my merch store to the bio link collection. Hesitant to direct link it for fear it gets shadowbanned. Real life kinda sucks now and some purchases would help a lot. Here's three of my favorite shirts I've made.

Ok. Is been HOW LONG since Gail Simone coined the phrase? The moderator should be familiar with it. A normie doesn’t have to be but someone ostensibly in the industry does.
this is the new head of marvel studios to me

This app has me fighting against Donald Trump as an attractiveness peer. Fuck. I might use this to refresh my dating apps pics, though. Could be useful to test everything and find the best foot to put forward.
TikTok also scores how attractive you are, guesses your age/gender, and calculates your mood with some of these on-device models. I pulled them out of the app, so you can try it directly here: ayoships.com/tools/tiktok-fa… I ported them from ByteNN so they run in your browser. My tests showed significant negative bias against darker skin and older faces.

Tom Arnold could have finally Indiana Jonesed the video from Mark Burnett's offices and they'd still bend over backwards to explain why Trump actually used a soft r and that's not actually racist because reasons You can't dunk on people who refuse to see the hoop
The Central Park Five.

I understand the term has a horrible history, but I'm seriously asking - if I'm referring to the "magical ______" trope, particularly if the context is critical of the trope, what language should be used instead?
Amanda from Smosh said ‘negroes’ with her full chest on a Dropout show and no one said anything about it and it’s not funny but as a black woman I am laughing it was so crazy she did not hesitate. She’s Boston to her CORE

My first instinct was to explain why it's not meant to be offensive and it's a failure of mine that that's the case, but I really want to know if the use of the phrase is offensive to more than just a few people or if it actually is harmful

I can spend hours explaining why I don't believe it's offensive but if it actually is offending people my intentions don't really matter, do they?

Almost every county in Florida shifted further to the Left. DeSantis didn't win anything. He held on for dear life. Not losing as much as the others isn't the same as winning.
Only real good news of the night for GOP. Govern more like Florida.

As much as it gives away the game that they’re going to do something up there I do like them actually having a surface up top that doesn’t sag on every step like it’s going to give way and kill them. That’s nice. Even though (don’t call it)WarGames should stay IN the cage

I thought good guys were supposed to take these kinds of bumps for sympathy. Why do they always have the biggest piece of shit in the company doing these?
Darby Allin is one of the craziest wrestlers of all time!

I'm ok with Daredevil and Captain Marvel being a thing as long as the context always makes it clear what a horrible idea it is for both of them and how it will negatively affect everything about them

lol. Just saw that Diedrich Bader originally planned on impersonating then-largely-unknown Owen Wilson as Lawrence in Office Space until he saw the actual Owen Wilson coming out of the audition before him. Realizing he couldn’t out-Owen Owen he quickly came up with what we saw.

This is perhaps the cruelest thing ever said on tv that was 100% justified.

Watching TikTok last night and this bartender was real smug about pulling her beer glass out of a freezer. "I know the beer snobs hate this but we don't care" And then the bar had Bud Light, Miller Light, Michelob Ultra, Coors Light, and Corona as the only taps. I think you're ok

If anybody has ever ordered one of those beers and complained about the frozen glass fucking it up for them, the snobbery isn't the problem.

I often, when people find out that I do standup, get asked if what I do is like Bert Kreischer, probably because of our similar builds, and while yes, I would love to have his fame and success, no, what I do is different. I write and perform standup.

I'm pretty good - not great - at it. Maybe someday I'll be great. I doubt it. But whether I make it or not, no, what I do is not a whole lot like Bert Kreischer.

This just makes me wish we got more now with Kon and Jon together. Kon was really just starting to get a solid relationship with Ma and Pa Kent before Infinite Crisis but he never had a real childhood before that and had to learn to use his powers on his own.
Replying to @gothamdayz
bruce is honestly so fatherly in this scene. he protects his robin, ofc, but he also helps both kon&tim. he knows tim could really use a friend rn. he helps kon out; guiding him to his own wits and powers to find tim. he could've just left. i love batman.

Jon, on the other hand, was raised through his early childhood by Clark and Lois including the start of his powers appearing, but he lost his adolescence at the hands of Ultraman. I'd really like to see them maturely handle that natural envy and jealousy that they'd feel.

I mean, Kon basically had to have Batman teach him to use his hearing and vision powers for Pete's sake.
